After Failure With Acenocoumarol, Rivaroxaban in Antiphospholipid Syndrome: A Report of 2 Cases

Antiphospholipid syndrome is characterised by abortions or thrombotic phenomena associated with specific antibodies. Anticoagulant therapy is based on vitamin K antagonists.
