Abstract
This study assessed the extent of anthropogenic stresses on two mangrove species ( Sonneratia caseolaris and Cerbera odollam ) in a tropical coastal lake system. An anaerobic factor, organic pollution and salt factors were identified as being responsible for the risks to mangroves.
