Paraburmagomphidae fam. nov., a new gomphid dragonfly family (Odonata: Anisoptera) from mid-Cretaceous Burmese amber

True dragonflies are comparatively common in Burmese amber. Here, we describe a new gomphid dragonfly Paraburmagomphides zhaoi gen. et sp. nov., and establish a new family Paraburmagomphidae fam. nov.
