Abstract
Suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA, vorinostat) is a potent small‐molecule pan‐inhibitor of histone deacetylases (HDACs) approved for treatment of cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma (CTCL). However, SAHA exhibits poor selectivity for cancer cells over noncancer cells.
