Abstract
We are reporting on two cases of IPMN with pancreatobiliary fistula. Case1 : A 70s-year-old male was admitted,with jaundice. CT finding showed cystic masses in the pancreatic head, and hepatic mass.ERCP finding revealed pancreatobiliary fistula. Due to the cholangitis caused by a mucus plug, we performed repeatedly ERCP.
