To report a case of corneal infiltration and xanthoma formation in mycosis fungoides (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma).A middle aged Japanese man with mycosis fungoides (MF) involving the face was referred to Ophthalmology for evaluation of unilateral, painless conjunctival injection.
