Large-Scale Structural Variation Detection in Subterranean Clover Subtypes Using Optical Mapping

We selected two genetically diverse subspecies of the Trifolium model species, subterranean clover cvs. Daliak and Yarloop. The SVs discovered by Bionano optical mapping (BOM) were validated using Illumina short reads.
