Abstract
Introduction: The VACE pathway was introduced at St Georges Hospital in 2015. The first year’s data was presented at the Association of Breast Surgery (ABS) Conference in 2017. 93 patients were managed by VACE resulting in 17 patients being upgraded to cancer.
