Abstract
The enantioseparation of ezetimibe stereoisomers by high-performance liquid chromatography on different chiral stationary phases, ie, 3 polysaccharide-based chiral columns, was studied. It was observed that cellulose-based Chiralpak IC column exhibited the best resolving ability.
