Abstract
Coal staged conversion utilization polygeneration systems can utilize the different constituents of coal. In this paper, a novel coal pyrolysis–gasification–combustion (CPGC) staged conversion utilization polygeneration system is proposed. Coal is first pyrolyzed to extract tar and pyrolysis gas. The tar is used to produce fuel oils via hydrogenation. The char is partially gasified to produce syngas at first, and then the residue is combusted....
