Structural characterisation and ACE-inhibitory activities of polysaccharide from Gastrodia elata Blume

The structural properties and Angiotensin-I converting enzyme (ACE) inhibition activities of a polysaccharide (PGE) extracted from Gastrodia elata Blume were investigated.
