Abstract
The study reports on the synthesis of a graphene aerogel@octadecylamine-functionalized carbon quantum dots (GA@O-CQDs). The graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, O-CQDs aqueous dispersion and toluene were strongly mixed to make a toluene-in-water Pickering emulsion.
