Abstract
Long-term success of heart transplantation is hindered by humoral and cell-mediated immune responses. We studied preexisting antibodies to cardiac self-antigens, myosin and vimentin, and exosomes induced by antibodies to self-antigens in eliciting immune responses to cardiac grafts.
