Abstract
In present study, the soluble polysaccharides by enzyme-assisted extraction from Agaricus bisporus (EnAPS) and its purified fractions of EnAPS-1, -2 and -3 were successfully obtained, and the antioxidant activities and anti-aging effects were investigated.
