Anti-Atherogenic Activity of Polyphenol-Rich Extract from Bee Pollen

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of polyphenol-rich ethanol extract of bee pollen (EEP) on atherosclerosis induced by a high-fat diet in ApoE-knockout mice.
