Abstract
A series of benzamide and picolinamide derivatives containing dimethylamine side chain (4a–4c and 7a–7i) were synthesised and evaluated for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitory activity in vitro.
