Synthesis of 1,5-Anhydro- d -fructose derivatives and evaluation of their inflammasome inhibitors

Synthesis of several 1,5-Anhydro-d-fructose (1,5-AF) derivatives to evaluate inhibitory activities of the inflammasome was carried out.
