Nanoparticles of Ag-In-S and Cu-In-S in Aqueous Media: Preparation, Spectral and Luminescent Properties

Results are summarized for studies of the spectral and luminescent properties of nonstoichiometric nanoparticles (NP) of Ag-In-S (AIS) and Cu-In-S (CIS) obtained in aqueous solutions.
