The drivers of Media Discussion on CSiR Resulting from Outsourcing and Offshoring

We investigate what drives firms to be singled out by the media for socially irresponsible incidents in their offshoring and outsourcing operations, using insights from stakeholder theory, attribution theory, and attention-based view to generate new insights.
