Response to letter re “In pursuit of the perfect penis: Hypospadias repair outcomes”

The authors of the Letter to the Editor make many valid points with which we agree. However, they seem to have missed the point of our article. First of all, in our article we never refer to hypospadias repair as ‘cosmetic surgery’.
