Abstract
The goal of this study was to collect and analyze geologic data for assessment of CO2 storage feasibility in the parts of Appalachian Basin covering eastern Ohio and the adjacent Upper Ohio River Valley with a focus on deeper Paleozoic formations. This included detailed mapping, cross sections, and petrophysics of caprocks and reservoirs along with selected reservoir flow testing in regional injection wells to determine potential intake zones....
