Abstract
We are introducing design, development and preliminary feasibility study of nanocomposites (made of Food and drug administration approved layered montmorillonite (Mt) and biodegradable polymer Poly lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA)), as a vehicle for oral administration of insulin.
