Abstract
症例は36歳女性．3年前より近医の検診で縦隔腫瘤が疑われ，経過観察を行っていた．継時的に増大傾向を示し，精査加療目的に当院受診となった．胸部CTで左中縦隔に36 mmの腫瘤影を認め，FDG-PET/CTにて同部位にSUVmax 4.93の集積を認めた．胸腺腫などの縦隔腫瘍を疑い胸腔鏡下手術を施行したが，病変は広基性な肺内腫瘍であった．迅速病理にて低悪性度腫瘍の結果であり左肺上大区切除を行った．術後の病理結果より良性血管周囲類上皮細胞腫瘍（benign perivascular epithelioid cell...
