Abstract
PLYOMETRIC TRAINING IS A SERIES OF EXPLOSIVE BODY WEIGHT RESISTANCE EXERCISES USING THE STRETCH-SHORTENING CYCLE OF THE MUSCLE FIBER TO ENHANCE PHYSICAL CAPACITIES SUCH AS SPEED, STRENGTH, AND POWER.
