Rectal Cancer in a Patient with Bartter Syndrome: A Case Report

A woman with rectal cancer was scheduled for surgery. However, she also had hypokalemia, hyperreninemia, and hyperaldosteronism in the absence of any known predisposing factors or endocrine tumors.
