Abstract
The effects of environmental factors such as temperature, pH , nutrition, osmolarity and antibiotic stress for the determination of culturability and viability on gram negative rod shaped aerobic oxalate bacteria; Cupriviadus oxaliticus Ox1, Oxalicibacterium flavum TA17 T , Xanthobacter sp. NS14 and Cupriavidus necato r NS02 was studied. Colony counts at 30 °C for almost 4 oxalate bacteria were very high whereas optimum growth at 40 and 45 °C...
