Development of olmesartan medoxomil lipid-based nanoparticles and nanosuspension: preparation, characterization and comparative pharmacokinetic evaluation

The aim was to enhance the oral bioavailability of olmesartan medoxomil (OM) by preparing solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) and comparing with nanosuspension (OM-NS).
