Abstract
Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune neuromuscular junction disorder. This uncommon disease is characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness that worsens with exertion and improves with rest. The initial presentation is consistent with involvement of the extrinsic ocular muscle.
