To investigate whether rituximab, an anti-B cell therapy, improves symptoms of fatigue and oral dryness in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (SS).We conducted a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group trial that included health economic analysis.
