Numerical analysis of I–V characteristics and diode currents of a PV module reflected by partial shadow

The authors have studied the diagnosis method of PV systems. In this paper, influences of partial shadow reflected partly on PV panels on the electrical characteristics of solar cells are numerically investigated by using the LT Spice simulation.
