Risk Assessment of Operational Safety for Oil Tankers - A Revised Risk Matrix

This paper is aimed at the risk assessment of operational safety for oil tankers. Based on the operational features of oil tankers and relevant literature, the Risk Factors (RFs) of operational safety were first identified.
