Abstract
A novel sensitive and simple electrochemical DNA sensor is reported for the determination of p53 tumor suppressor gene. A gold nanoparticle/graphene nanocomposite-modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared and methylene blue was used as the hybridization redox indicator.
