Abstract
ATPase activity and ATP-dependent H+ transport have been analyzed in membrane vesicles isolated from a winter wheat cultivar (Triticum aestivum cv. Back Cross Rushan) which was exposed to different concentrations of nickel (Ni) and histidine (His).
