Des analyses multiniveaux permettent de dresser un modele testant la frequence et les variables explicatives des comportements antisociaux des eleves, du point de vue des victimes comme de celui des agresseurs. A partir des donnees d'enquetes nationales menees aux Pays-Bas, sont systematiquement testees les variables personnelles et environnementales. A partir de ces analyses, plusieurs types de politique preventive sont proposes, visant a promouvoir le comportement pro-social, tant au niveau local que national. Cependant, un manque d'evaluation de ces politiques publiques est constate.
