Abstract
Wickerhamomyces anomalus, Metschnikowia pulcherrima, Aureobasidium pullulans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts were tested for their ability to survive and synthesize antifungal volatile organic compounds (VOCs) both in vitro and in vivo conditions when immobilized on commercial hydrogel spheres.
