Abstract
A multi-input, single-output fuzzy logic controller for anti-lock braking system is proposed, where both the slip and the vehicle velocity are considered as the inputs and are regulated equally influencing on the controller decision. The system developed provides both the minimal slip ratio to avoid the wheel blockage and the shortest braking distance of the vehicle thus mitigating the collision with other traffic objects.
