Abstract
A new standard of video compressing has been developed by ISO and ITU-T and this standard is known as High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) or H.265. In January 2013, HEVC has received the first approval. By comparison with the predecessors coding standers, HEVC doubles the compression ratio of data with maintains the quality level of video.
