Abstract
4305 Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is one of the major complications of organ transplantation. Most PTLDs are associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection of B-lineage lymphocytes. Central nervous system (CNS) involvement is rare.
