Abstract
Background Biological therapies are increasingly used to treat ulcerative colitis (UC). Aim To compare the efficacy of biologics in adults with moderately-to-severely active UC, stratified by prior exposure to anti-tumour necrosis factor (anti-TNF) therapy.
