Abstract
Ralstonia solanacarum a plant pathogen which causes lethal wilt disease in members of solanceaous plant family. The pathogen can survive in soil for a long time under stress condition. In a stationary phase, we recognized that R. solanacearum GMI1000 wild type strain produced brown pigment in broth culture.
