Abstract
Resonance Raman spectroscopy was used to evaluate pigment structure in the FCP-like light-harvesting complex of Chromera velia (Chromera light-harvesting complex or CLH). This antenna protein contains chlorophyll a, violaxanthin and a new isofucoxanthin-like carotenoid (called Ifx-l).
