Abstract
Here we provide data for SILAC and iTRAQ based hyperplexing combined with BONCAT based click chemistry for selective enrichment of newly synthesized proteins secreted by THP1 macrophages at various time points after infection with four different strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
