Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as crucial regulators of cancer. To identify novel targets for further study in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), we performed a genome-wide analysis of lncRNA expression in 12 ESCC tumor and normal tissues.
