Abstract
Triple therapy consisting of lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin (LAC regimen) is widely used to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in Japan. However, the need for appropriate treatment after failure of initial therapy to eradicate H. pylori has been increasing.
