Abstract
The effect of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion on left ventricular interstitial 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OH-dG), a possible biomarker for in vivo oxidative deoxyribonucleic acid damage, in anesthetized rats was investigated.
