Abstract
Paclitaxel (PTX) and organophilic iron oxide nanocrystals of 7 nm average size were co-encapsulated in the oily core of poly(lactide)-poly(ethyleneglycol) (PLA-PEG) nanocapsules in order to develop magnetically responsive nanocarriers of PTX.
