Abstract
We propose a novel method to identify subject specific intrinsic connectivity networks (ICNs) from functional data in a collaborative matrix decomposition framework. Particularly, our method is built upon sparse nonnegative matrix decomposition techniques with a collaborative consensus prior to capture inter-subject common structures and subject-specific variations in ICNs.
