Abstract
Fetal and neonatal thyrotoxicosis from maternal Graves disease is a very rare entity. Fetal symptoms result from the transplacental passage of thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulins, which persist in the neonate resulting in neonatal symptoms. We present a case of fetal and neonatal thyrotoxicosis from maternal Graves disease.
