Abstract
The use of Eudragit L100, a copolymer based on methacrylic acid and methacrylic acid methyl ester, in preparing erythromycin microspheres is described. The microspheres were simply prepared in liquid paraffin by solidifying an Eudragit L100 in ethanol solution.
