Abstract
The organogenesis and proliferation of in vitro cultured stem segments of Chinese torreya(Torreya grandis cv.Merrillii) were studied.Results showed after inoculation pretreatment of the materials at 4 ℃ for 3 days,followed by exposure to weak light of 400 lx and cultured at 18 to 22 ℃ could effectively inhibit the browning of explants,which is the key step for success of culturing the explants.For inducing adventitious shoots the best medium was...
